Official Registration Protocol
Direct student online self-registration is closed. All student delegates are registered exclusively through institutional delegations and the authorized on-campus AAROHAN '26 Registration Desk.
Institutional Delegation
Schools submit official delegate nomination lists through their faculty coordinators and school liaisons directly to the Aarohan Central Organizing Committee.
On-Campus Registration Desk
On the morning of the event (Oct 30 & 31), students report to the campus Registration Desk where authorized registration team members verify credentials, confirm competition slots, and enroll participants.
Verified Holographic Badge
Each delegate receives a verified tamper-proof holographic pass with an encoded QR security token. This grants access to specialized labs, competition arenas, and university venues.
